Salary: £10.00 to £10.50 /hour


To support the provision of a safe, caring, effective, responsive and well led service. To provide a need led service to adults with a learning disability, autism, and behaviour that can challenge, in a way that enables them to maximise independence, maintain family relationships and access community opportunities. This is achieved by adopting a person centred approach for self awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and life style choices.

To represent the organisation in a positive way through the interaction of external partners, including purchasers, service users, carers, families and communities and to contribute to the organisations objectives.

To support the provision of a safe, cost effective, quality service within the local area, working alongside the Registered Manager.
